- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you're self employed I wouldn't advise going to this bank. They have no idea how to read the tax forms. I applied for a car loan and I wrote off my truck which is legal to do. Yet they are trying to tell me the truck payment came out of my net income. I had my tax lady send several documentation over and they still couldn't figure it out. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can not stand this place OR THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I lost my debit card Ann had gone in and told them I needed a new one ordered 2 days BEFORE thanksgiving. They said it would take 2 weeks. Okay that's fine. 2 weeks goes by and they tell me just give it a few more days because the holiday. I again said okay. Then go in 4 days later just for them to tell me is HAS NOT even been ordered yet!!!! So they tell me they are going to rush it and that it should be here within a couple days. My card still isn't here and now they tell me they once again DID NOT put the rush so I have to just wait til it comes in the mail!!!By shiane mccoy, October 14, 2016
